I took my vehicle here after building a raised false floor in the boot of my vehicle which held a subwoofer in the middle. The amp and necessary equipment was provided. I work during the day so left it with him at an agreed price of £60 and collected when I finished work. I picked the vehicle up , all was well, then the next day the subwoofer (as well as a speaker in the back of the car) stopped working , messaged him again and had to wait the following week, for him to take a look. Upon arriving the issue stopped. I was happy to leave with him still so he could investigate it but he told me I was best to take the vehicle and let him know if the issue reoccurred. It stopped working again once I’d left the estate but I was close to being late for work at this point so had no time to go back. I texted him as soon as I got to work and after a few blunt replies he finally agreed to have it in yet again but didn’t have a time slot available for me for a good few weeks. I simply had enough of the messing around at this point. When home, I removed the false floor to fix the issue myself , when I noticed two screws from the amp that secure the wires were missing and another loose with a wire in contact ! I then removed everything and left it back to as it was as standard, but upon this i realised what half of the issue was. Two wires were just twisted together with no solder or heat shrink , and another wrapped in gaffer tape. The work done was awful and just outright dangerous and it was pure luck that the tape managed to hold the wires together as it could’ve caused a lot of damage to expensive audio accessories if it hadn’t. I’m not one to right reviews against a business, however the quality of work I paid for and received was shocking from such a specialist in the Audio business. It is a job I could’ve done (and did do) myself however I expected an audio specialist to be able to do a better and more professional job than I could. I will not be returning at any cost and will advise friends and family to stay well away.
