Sergejs Averins5 StarI've called out Electric-call Ltd to diagnose smart meter issue which arised after the meter installation. My storage heater has not switched on even once after the smart meter installation, therefore it had to be diagnosed by an independent electricial. Electric-Call has conducted all the necessary tests and diagnosed a failure of the smart meter. It took less than half an hour to diagnose. I am more than happy with the result as with the report provided can prove to Bulb that it is their fault and not a fauty storage heater. I would defo recommend this company to anyone and will not use another company if ever I need electiric services again.
