Colin H5 StarI'm buying a house mortgage free but the house needed quite a bit of work so for peace of mind decided to get a survey done. I looked up surveyors in Luton and checked RICS and found Peter Edwards. From start to finish the service he offered exceeded my expectations. He was very upfront and honest on the kind of survey I needed and whether he though an upgrade would be necessary. He arranged the survey within a week and even met with me after to talk about the result rather than making me wait anxiously for the report. The report was detailed and was sent to me within 24 hours even though he mentioned he had a conference to go to and it might be a couple of days. After I received the report, I had a couple of questions which he was quick to respond to and he is still answering questions now - a week after the report was done. I think it's great that you're not just buying a report with Peter but candid advice whenever you need it. The payment was easy, his colleague Erica was also very helpful, and overall it was well worth the money I spent. Thanks Peter for all your help.Saturday 20th October 2018
