Roy is the chiropractor and clinic owner at Eden Street Back Pain Clinic. He graduated with a Master of Chiropractic degree from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2010. During his clinical internship he developed an interest for treating and managing sports related injuries amongst athletic populations. He pursued this interest by working alongside local rugby and basketball clubs in Bournemouth and Southampton respectively. After qualifying he moved to London where he accepted an associate position in West London. While in practice he simultaneously undertook post-graduate chiropractic training focusing on the treatment and management of conditions of the extremities in Oslo, Norway. In 2012, he was accepted into the Masters program at University College London where he studied Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health. His research during this period focused on the role of trunk endurance in the performance of rugby players.  Roy’s professional interests lie in the treatment of orthopaedic and sports related injuries particularly in the general population. Using an evidence-based approach, he aims to provide a standard of care that is both individualised and best suited to a patient’s specific needs and goals. He utilises a variety of techniques alongside a carefully planned management strategy emphasising both the structural and functional components of the body in order to ensure optimal results. He regularly treats conditions including back pain, lower back pain with or without leg pain, neck pain, postural problems and sports related injuries.

Roy is a gifted Chiropractor. I went to see him about problems with my hamstrings and arthritis in the back of my right knee, that caused problems with walking and also pain and discomfort when going up and down stairs. Since seeing Roy my walking ability improved significantly very quickly and I am now able to go up and down stairs with ease and without pain or discomfort. Roy is also a very friendly person and easy to chat to and very accommodating with appointments.

I don't want to go into too much detail about my condition but I have had chronic pain issues since 2015. I have been to so many chiropractors, osteopaths and physiotherapists regarding my pain issues. The clinic I used to visit, closed down so I had to find a new chroirpractor. I am so grateful that I saw Roy at Eden Street Back Pain Clinic. There is now a significant improvement in my condition. I am so grateful as I had lost hope.

Roy helped ease the pain of costochondritis with one visit when my GP and other heart and lung specialists didn’t have a clue. I have been going to him for a couple of months and he has also been very helpful with tips and exercises to strengthen my flat feet. Roy really cares about his patients and is willing to share knowledge so that you can help yourself get better.
