Peter Rowat5 StarWe ordered all of our triple glazed Aluminium and Oak clad doors and windows from EcoHaus Internorm for our self build house project and were really impressed by the quality and service provided throughout the ordering and buying process and also the after sales care. The advice given during the ordering process was very helpful and thorough giving us confidence that everything would arrive as specified. Everything fitted perfectly with no issues. The after sales team has also been great with every effort being made to ensure any quires and issues have been resolved quickly and with minimum hassle. For instance no charges were made for appointments arranged for an installations team to drop by when in our area to perform adjustments and validate a warranty repair. The quality of the product is top class but also the team behind EcoHaus Internorm.

We received a quote the next day, windows arrived on the date promised and installation team were absolutely brilliant. Our architect recommended the Internorm windows and we have be so pleased with them. Look absolutely mint, aluminium exterior and grey PVC on the inside. Simon Batchelor5 StarWe ordered Internorm windows and doors for our new build from EcoHaus as we were always impressed by the quality and feel of the windows when we'd seen them at show, and once installed we weren't disappointed either. Even our builders were in awe of the smooth action of the sliding doors and the solid operation of the tilt and turn windows.
The whole process in dealing with EcoHaus was smooth and professional at every stage, with everything to the agreed timescales. They even manged to accommodate a couple of week delay to our install that we wanted to introduce as we had some concerns about other aspects of the build being on time due to material supply problems.
The install team were first class, with a real can do attitude. Storm Eunice had hit a few days before, and delayed our removal of the scaffolding, but windows got installed and scaffolding came down simultaneously without issue. They coordinated well with the builders to ensure thresholds and floor finish levels were all understood, and then gave them a teach-in on the operation of the doors and windows.Wednesday 30th March 2022
