Libby Lumley Stafford5 StarWe had our annual boiler service from E&W plumbing & heating services yesterday.
As previously (for the last 5 years) the service was booked in efficiently by Helen and todays service was carried out by John H.
They were able to adapt to our request to have a smaller window of availability due to problems at our end without any hesitation.
Very few tradespeople are willing to do this at short notice.
The service was carried efficiently in a timely manner, we’ve recommended them to family and friends with no hesitation and will continue to do so.
The price was reasonable and well worth it for the peace of mind that all is functioning as it should do.Friday 25th February 2022
Martin Herbert5 StarE & W have proved to be swift, efficient and professional: The phone is always answered promptly and messages are passed on and call-backs happen when arranged. The team is headed up by Richard who is exceptionally knowledgeable about all things to do with heating and plumbing: He is willing and able to provide advice by telephone or email; he always responds swiftly and with comprehensive answers or suggestions. Our heating system is pressurised and we had a problem with the expansion vessel losing pressure - E & W quoted to replace this unit and replenish the inhibitor: the job was completed more quickly than had been anticipated and they consequently reduced the final bill, which was very fair and very welcome.
