Customer agents with really bad attitude, refusal to admit responsibility, multiple calls daily, daily messaging on eBay and after nearly a week my parcel was finally delivered. They kept blaming the DPD but it's their couries and their responsibility to make sure the customer receiver their parcel. Do not recommend this company at all. This was the first and last time I've ever used them.Thursday 18th August 2022
