Glenis Summers5 StarWe decided to buy a new bed but husband wanted an ottoman bed and I wanted a wooden framed bed. We looked at several beds at Dreams, North Quay retail park trying to make a decision and asked so many questions and tried out so many beds, I was amazed at the patience of the two lads running the store. Best of all was their 'no hard sell' approach. They were on hand to answer any questions in a friendly and direct way. None of this pushy, in your face, glib sales talk which would have had us marching straight out of the door. Undecided we went home and then back the next day for another look, having by now agreed on an ottoman bed. We had also decided on a different sized bed. Again, the same polite and friendly service. We ended up making our purchase and would definitely recommend this store to anybody contemplating purchasing a new bed. The lads were great. Friendly and cheerful, they made us feel valued as customers. Dreams are lucky to have them.Tuesday 26th July 2022

We have bought 4 mattresses from here in the last 8 weeks, all fantastic value and the innovative mattress assessment via the electronic bed was excellent. Staff friendly and efficient and delivery was quick and painless. They took away our old mattresses too and we cannot recommend more highly.

Dave Ward5 StarWe went to Lowestoft branch. Halve expecting to get hassled and walking out but that was not how it went we spoke to an assistant called Stephen who answered our questions of which there was many but walked away after each time and left us to do our own thing. He only approached us if we had a question which made us feel at ease and no pressure. Not once did we feel he was watching and waiting to pounce. Had to get some measurements from home so went back next day but it was Stephen,s day off so we dealt with a young lady called Micheala who was just as pleasant and made the whole buying experience very positive. I will wait to see if delivery is of the same standard. But so far Dreams and the 2 assistants I dealt with have full marks.Friday 28th January 2022
Lesley Farnsworth2 StarWas glad to get out of this shop - looking for a new mattress and the shop staff interrupted our conversation and then proceeded to be quite loud with chatter and laughter (not sure this was at our expense) when asking a question was patronising would go elsewhere to buy.Wednesday 22nd June 2022
