We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to be situated in the local countryside, along with a stretch of water which we also own, it has become our safe haven for both ourselves our family and of course it is just paradise for our dogs.

Our luxury boarding kennels means that we are always surrounded by dogs, and we

wouldn’t wish our lifestyle to be any different.

Our love of dogs does not end with our own.

All of our boarders receive the extra special care they require while you are away, we understand what a great upheaval it can be for some dogs so please be assured that we will certainly do our utmost to ensure their stay with us is pleasant.

Our kennels are centrally heated so a nice warm kennel will be waiting during the winter months. You are more than welcome to bring any blanket or toys from home if you feel that they will be comforting for your dog.

We have been asked on many occasions whether we could cater for a dog who needs extra special care, perhaps a dog who is very timid or a very aggressive dog. We have boarded many dogs of differing breeds and characters, and we have never found a dog that does not warm to us quickly. We will take the time to get to know your dog and take on board any advice you can provide before you leave.

We have over 35 years of experience within the ‘dog world’ and take each dog as they come, warts and all. So don’t worry if your dog needs that extra care we will be pleased to have he or she to board with us at Doveside, we have special facilities for all dogs of this kind.
