Domino's Pizza - Wolverhampton - Coseley

They used to be good, but since trying Papa John's for the first time the other day, and having a recent bad experience, I won't be going back. I had two totally messed up pizzas (2x large, with stuffed crust/double decadence) delivered, so I called them, they said they were too busy to replace them, but if I called again another day, they'd replace them, and that would have been fine. But when I called them back the following week, they said they'd give me one medium pizza, and I'd have to collect. I just don't think they believed me. Which was annoying, because I'd given them a bit of slack already. So I emailed dominos, The complaints procedure is full of friction, I had an email from the franchisee, which I couldn't respond to, the email address just didn't work. When I finally got my voucher for two replacement pizzas, I had to call several times to try and use them, they just kept saying it's an online voucher, even though the voucher specifically says TELEPHONE ONLY in big letters. Alas, I managed to finally use them, the bloke on the phone was gormless, and rude, said I'd have to pay extra for stuffed crust etc. I was literally ordering the exact same pizzas they messed up. Top tips: Papa John's is way better, order there instead. If you do have to order dominos, Always order extra cheese, because they hardly give you any, order online because the telephone service is rubbish, and be prepared for an uphil battle if anything goes wrong. It really is just much easier to order from Papa John's 🤣

App and website show different prices for same order when discount is applied. Discount codes are not applied correctly so overcharged. Charge 1.60 per extra topping but they missed a topping on my order and no discount or explanation..... Food was good but service is poor

Just AWFUL. The pizza never quite taste as a Domino's pizza should. This franchise is ALWAYS TIGHT WITH THEIR TOPPINGS, especially the cheese. Penn Road Domino's is levels better than Coseley. The problem is my postcode doesn't meet their catchment delivery. By default, I ordered from Coseley. If you're happy to collect, order from Penn Road it's soooooo much better, as is their Papa Johns. Save your hard earned money, choose a different Domino's franchise, these are cowboys.

They are cheating on the offers end, in the menu it’s clearly evident that there’s buy one get one free on ANY size pizza but the executive there said that it’s just for the large pizza worth 20 pounds which seems to be false . He gave the lame reason that it’s been that way on their system. Where’s the customer’s transparency then?! It’s not expected from these big companies. Please don’t make your customers fool and trap into fake offers

I won't go to this place anymore since there's been a change in management. They've inflated the prices, large veg pizza for £12!! and the toppings are so small. Their English is poor and don't understand you, they lie to customers to con them into buying the expensive pizza. Dominoes in Coseley goodbye you are conning customers, hope you close down!!
