Have been getting Pizza from the long Eaton branch of Domino’s for years. I normally order for delivery and the pizza always comes quickly. When I have collected (I normally order online) the pizza has always been ready to collect. I like Dominos pizza, it’s to my taste, so can’t say much more about that.

Always great service, but yesterday they really delivered the goods. I ordered a pizza online and made 2 changes to the menu item. It arrived without the changes for reasons unknown, but with no qualms at all they remade it and delivered a fresh one. Brilliant service 👏

Useless, couldn't be more useless if they tried!!! Phone operator couldnt understand what i was saying. Then they tell me for collection its card payment only... im collecting so cash should be fine but no, its a big issue with the person who cant speak/understand the language.

Dominos is not a place I'd normally give 5 stars but I'd just like to acknowledge the friendly and joyful staff that we're working there at approx 6pm. You guys deserve a pay rise as you work hard for your money and the customer service was great. Pizza was good too!

Awful service. Ordered on the app and collected. I always choose to collect so my food is hot and not waiting around to be delivered. Got there and waited and whe the app said ready the staff said they had burnt one of the pizzas and it needed doing again. My order was large and everything else was ready and sat under the heat lamps for 20 minutes while they rectified this. I complained that I didn't want the other items as they would be cold, I was told they would be okay because they are under a heat lamp. Who wants there food sitting under a heat lamp for 20+minutes? They refused to remake my whole order, I said I would have to check the food and feel whether it was cold, and if it was I wanted a refund for the whole order. The manager I'm assuming stood near my food at the heat lamps and just kept opening and closing one of the large pizzas and looking at it??? For what reason I don't know. Surely making it colder and also breathing all over it. When the front server put them on the counter I began to open the boxes and felt the food and told her the order felt cold and that I wanted a refund and didn't want the order. She said they were putting through a refund and to take the food. She said I would recieve it through the app and online as I said I didn't have my card with me I thought it would be a simple collection. I haven't received this refund, they have taken the money for this order. I would not have accepted the food if it meant I wouldn't get a refund, I thought they were offering it as a good will gesture as it has wasted over an hour if my time on a sunday evening, I didn't even eat or enjoy the food taken.
