After being a loyal customer for 7 years I am very disappointed with the customer service and quality on the recent deliveries, todays being by far the worst yet! I ordered pizza with bacon, it has arrived with ham, called to ask for the correct pizza which was sent with ham again! Not only that delivery person was argumentative because ham and bacon come from the same animal! The point is when I pay £15 + for pizza with the bacon I want BACON !!! also, the pizza arrived undercooked. Dominos pizza you have lost another customer 👋🏻

Went in there at 3:57. Suspiciously was told systems need to reboot. At exactly 4 o'clock after he looked at his phone to see the time the manager said now the system is working my i Take your order. Gave my order What's told it 7 pound more than it should be. I asked why he said it's now 4 o'clock it's The lunchtime special is now over. I said your advertisement says until 4 And I was in the shop trying to get the order before 4 o'clock. He said there's nothing I can do and you have to pay more I honestly Think he is up to something Let's reboot the computer just before 4 o'clock so anyone who comes in has to pay more I said to him is there anything you can do because you know I was in here before 4 o'clock said no you have to pay more I have taken this up with head office and waiting on them to contact me . Very suspicious not good customer service not good I should have been honoured the deal not my fault Systems suspiciously went down Miraculously came up Just in time to charge me more. Definitely would not be using this Store again Hope head office can help me out on this

Awful- regularly 90 mins for delivery but tonight 2.5 hours!! Said it was out for delivery but didn’t bring it so had to wait even longer for them to sort out! Seriously big issues at this branch

If I could put 0 stars it would be exactly that! Appalling customer service, delivery times are unreal and the staff just seem to play on their phones and have a laugh about irritated customers! Also, I have a friend who works for them and the treatment and justice given during their hard time with their car, they are being victimised by so called management. Having hours taken away, being forced to work with engine faults, not getting enough deliveries to pay their way! Anyone looking for working or purchasing anything from here, don’t even bother. They’re not worth wasting time on
