Mark Skerry1 StarWe ordered a set of meals to be delivered not only did it take an age to arrive (despite being informed via the website that it was delivered no doubt a head office KPI) They also delivered the wrong items. When calling them they had to keep referring to their manager who offered a partial refund that didn't even cover for the cost of the mix up.
