I am utterly disappointed with my customer service from Winton Dominos this evening. A group and I ordered from your website at 8:15pm, totalling in £158.60. We still hadn't received our order at 9:30pm. Hence, we called the branch. The staff's advice - they 'weren't sure' what was going on and there was a 'processing issue' and to 'call customer service'. Customer service informed us that 'the order was put on hold' and they would have to 'manually process it'. Customer service confirmed there was no payment fault as they could see the money had been paid. We waited a total of 3 hours. From my experience, this level of customer service is not acceptable. The fact that the group and I have paid a considerable amount to your company. I would expect some sort of clarity, sincerity and apology for the inconvenience. It's just not good enough considering the brand establishment and your slogan is 'We Got This'. Tonight's experience with your brand does not reinforce this.

Winton shop - They wouldnt deliver 5 minutes down the road to me even if I offered to pay extra. Another night they tell me they are closed at 11:50pm but it looks like google says "open till 1:45am", (see photo). Another time when collecting they gave me the wrong pizza, I had to drive back and they wanted the old pizza back to throw away. Wasting food due to their own negligence.

What happened today in the Domino Pizza on Wimborne road is simply not possible. I witnessed the manager swearing and argue with one of the workers in the store like she is slave. I will not shop from domunos and I will tell all my acquaintances I am just stressed by what I saw and heard.
