Ian fixed repaired the electics in my Bosch washing machine after a flood. He rang me to let me know when he would arrive. He made sure the washing machine completed a cycle before he left. Someone who takes a lot of pride in his work and knows how important a functioning washing machine is to a family. And the price was a third less than originally quoted.
