Lots to look at and plenty of choices, a very big store and very well kept. However this seems to come at a price, in my opinion totally overpriced in most areas. Similar products can be found nearby at more competitive prices if you have time to shop around

Great selection of everything from pet food to fish, from plants to candles. One of the best eqquipt garden centres that I have been to. Would highly recommend. Does sell food and have a small restaurant I didn't try this but food looked nice

I would like to leave a review for a member of staff at the till in the garden centre. David was very helpful and patient in sorting out the card member + for me and showing me how to put my card online so that I could find it easier. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. A credit to Dobbies in Ashford.

Went to Ashford Dobbies on Tuesday the 31st of May just after lunch time. First impression not good as the litter bins by the front were overflowing and litter all over the path. Plants just inside the door were drooping from a lack of water. Went to the restaurant where the signing was misleading and told a 45 minutes wait for jacket potatoes. The staff seemed run off their feet and not at all organised. We were told it was because of half term and they had been very busy. Half term happens 3 or 4 times a year so one would have thought they would be aware of this. Our visit was after any lunch time rush. The place lacks management leadership and it’s unlikely that we will return. There are so many garden centres around now with excellent restaurants that unless this particular branch pulls its socks up it will loose trade. Overflowing bins outside the door not good kerb appeal. .
