Absolutely disgusting service. I booked a cab 48 hours in advance and was advised to reconfirm on the day which I did and at that point was advised I still had my booking. Throughout the night I had endless calls and voicemails from the cab firm to which I kept calling back and was asked if my cab could come early. Declining the offer for my cab to come 3 hours before my booking I was told "ok we will still come at your booking time" half an hour before my booking I contacted them to be told " your booking has been cancelled as you didn't answer your phone" Absolutely abysmal given that I had already had it reconfimed 3 times. I was then told by an extremely rude woman down the phone "if you want a cab you have to pay up front now and wait 2 hours" What kind of cab firm leaves a woman stranded alone at midnight especially as I had booked well in advance to avoid this. No one use this service its run by a bunch of unprofessional clowns. Disgusting

VERY BAD CAR HIRE COMPANY, I pre booked to be taken to Gatwick airport for my flight, the driver did not show up, when I telephoned I was told that there was no driver available for another 35 minutes, this would have made me miss my flight. This company has no respect or care for their customers and should be avoided and not trusted with anything they say. I will never use them again . VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

DO NOT USE!!! Used to be really good when District Cars, but not any more. I pre-booked a car more than 24 hours in advance to take me home. 5 minutes before it was due I got a call to say it had been cancelled. The controller went into a long incoherent ramble about one driver having a family emergency and another driver had broken down. So I was left stranded and at night until a kind friend booked an Uber. Appalling and unprofessional (lack of) service from Evo Cars. I will NEVER use this firm ever again. I used to use them a lot, but not any more. Shame on you Evo Cars if you are reading this. You don't deserve to be in business!!

Wouldn't let me book. A cab in 2 hours time, said I had to call 30 mins prior to leaving and they might not have one available. Don't waste your time use a different company

Lied to time and time again about the cab that was 'on it's way' 'just leaving' 'outside the office' will be 5 mins' 'will be 10 mins' 'doing a school run first'... After half an hour waiting missed my train told them not to bother and put the phone down. They had the cheek to call me back and ask if I wanted a cab. I said yeah half an hour ago!!!!
