Sky had to come round to re fix our cabling as the TV didnt work afterwards. Said it was the worst they had seen.
Advised us incorrectly to run HDMI cables through trunking with a power cable. This distorts picture and cable voltage too high often to safely go in wall. Insurance wouldnt cover if caused fire.
Had to get our newly plastered wall re plastered and electritan back to fit a plug socket behind wall mounted tv set for hiden wiring after finding all this out.
Darren thought it unfair we didnt ask and trust him to return to rectify the 'absolute mess' as Sky pit it. We thought it unfair he charged us £250 for it.
