I was looking for a particular kind of diamond ring for my 40th Wedding Anniversary which was during lockdown. I saw a beautiful ring in DiamondsR4ever in Lymington, but when I managed to get in there it had just been sold. Eli was so helpful and assured me that she would do her best to get another ring for me. Just a couple of days later she called to say that she had the ring I wanted. We went to the shop that day and the ring she had was perfect, exactly what I was looking for at the perfect price. It needed to be sized up a fraction and when I mentioned that I was going away the following week and would like to take the ring with me, Eli said she would do her best to get it done quickly. Sure enough, the ring was ready in time (Eli actually collected it at 8am so that I could get it in time!!). I can't recommend this shop highly enough, both Eli and Giles are really helpful, knowledgable and personable. Fantastic service !!

I am lucky enough to have bought from many different jewellers over the years but never have I experienced such wonderful service than I received from DiamondsR4ever in Lymington. I needed a replica of my lost engagement, wedding & eternity ring made due to losing my original ones so I just popped in by chance for a quote for a new set. I’m so happy I did ecause from the minute I stepped into the shop, I was greeted with such a warm and not pushy at all service ~ I hate pushy ales people. I showed a picture of my jewellery and was told that it would be no problem at all to replicate them. I paid my deposit once I was happy with the design and reasonable price and my rings turned up just under three weeks later. All I can say is “wow” they are absolutely beautiful and exceed my expectations in fact, nicer and better quality than the originals. I cannot recommend this jewellery shop enough. I am not related in any way at all to the owners and urge you to try them before going to the big high street jewellers. I think you will be extremely surprised and glad you did!
