Mira was intuitive, curious about what parts of my body needed attention and keen to ensure that anything going on emotionally for me could be brought into the room from the start. I quickly felt safe and relaxed with Mira and she attuned to what I needed, including checking pressure levels during the session, and sometimes bringing words alongside the massage, which I found really supportive.
