Absolutely appalling customer service!! We ordered a window and patio door which we fitted ourselves... All went smoothly with the order and delivery so we decided to order a new front door with them. How I wish we hadn't !!! Originally ordered beginning of March, and by the 4th order of the door it was finally fitted correctly by the end of June. It was constant chasing from our end every time. When the 1st front door arrived (late) they not only forgot the handles but came with two different types of glass and then when we went to fit it ourselves, we found the door was way too big. Obviously annoyed by the matter and the fact we'd already spent an awful lot of money with them we asked for some discount. We were offered a very stingy £25 off !! After an email and a chat with Sheena (boss) we managed to obtain £100 off and to have the door fitted for free which we were happy with.....but not for long. After the guys fitted the door (which I have to praise and have been brilliant through this process) they realised the door was yet again wrong, and would need reordering. Once again it was us who had to contact DDM to resolve the issue. We were hoping for third time lucky. Once again the fitters came, they didn't even bother taking the door out as yet again noticed the new door was wrong. The size of the door was too big again, the panels incorrect and also no letter box either...an absolute shambles. After phone call after phone call and a promised call back first thing Monday from Sheena we received nothing back. It had been nearly 2 weeks since the 3rd incorrect door and no one had contacted us. It lead to us having to go down to the showroom ourselves out the blue to sort the matter with Sheena face to face. Sheenas attitude towards it all was shocking. Laughing and smiling about the whole situation and not once apologising for not only the 3 incorrect doors but not for contacting us back like promised. I am so frustrated with the way she handled everything and has treated us and would NOT recommend anyone to use DDM purely due to the worse management and customer service going.

Great Customer service. Had a new door through them from start to the finish they were excellent. Would highly recommend, will definitely be using them again. To the team thank you so much we're really pleased with it.

Fabulous company and fabulous service. Would highly recommend DDM Windows. Communication excellent from start to finish. We had a window fitted, some panes fitted and a composite front door with composite panels. We are so happy with the finished result. Great team, will use again in the future if needed and will always recommend.
