Friendly and helpful staff, adequate rooms which are very spacious. First night of a two night stay, seems fine so far. Two nights and everything was fine. Beds not as comfy as at home but that's fine, maybe have more pillows, again, personal preference but have 2/3 at home. Yes the hotel could maybe do with a spruce up but there's a lot of work going on in the area so maybe it will be soon? All in all, it's a budget hotel, I've stayed in far more expensive hotels that have not been as good.

Very convenient location within the service station. Costa, McDonald's, WHSmith and other restaurants available. Hotel itself could be a bit better. The room is in need of a makeover. Quite badly stained carpets and chairs especially the chair under the desk. The room size however, was fantastic! Great for our family with a double bed and archway leading to a "separate" room with twin beds. There were also 2 comfy chairs and a separate chair under the desk. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

Speedy check In, staff polite, room was clean and tidy just need a bit of decorating and the doors need some door silencers on them. As guest, staff were letting the doors Slam and this was late at night.

As a budget overnight stop the hotel fits the bill perfectly. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly reception staff too.

Only positive - quick check in and receptionist in place was helpful Negatives should have been recommended that there were major roadworks which made getting dinner difficult. The bed moved too easily No charging points next to bed. Lots of noise at 05:30 in the morning, inconsiderate neighbours, noise carrying through walls! Saw vouchers for 10% off in W.H. Smiths but not given.
