Their passion for cars and smiley greetings make you feel really valued as a customer who is supporting their family business - something you don't get much of at other mainstream garages. I loved the youthful positivity and how Neil took a keen interest in my car, despite the mundane Ford it is! The collection service was helpful; I stayed in the comfort of my home in Gloucester, whilst my car was in careful hands - such an easy and effortless service. Very personal, yet professional and the best value for money out of all the quotes I had. Really grateful CXD was recommended to me.

One of the best experiences i've had when dealing with a garage, no hassle, very friendly and offered great professional honest advice. Went to get my brake pads and discs done at the same time as my full service. Neil found that my pads and discs were actually fine and that I just needed to have the hubs cleaned (as it seems that the previous mechanic didn't do that) rather than changing the discs/pads which saved me a bunch of money! Didn't have to do that and could have charged me for what I asked for rather than giving me the more economic alternative which was more than sufficient. Not to mention was all done on the same day, so no time wasted. Would definitely recommend 5/5 from me!
