The chap who runs it is fantastic, amazing customer service and almost always makes time to stop and chat, However, one of the ladies working the post office made me feel unwelcome and was very rude over the size of a parcel, it was within the maximum size.

Called in today and glad I had, there bacon and sausage sandwiches are beautiful but wht made the place great was the gentleman behind the counter of the shop, he really brightened my day just with his character and customer service. Brilliant

Very serene 3xperience... until the Mommy Club walked in... But I've been there so it didn't bother me, I'll just avoid Thursday mornings! I had tea and Eggs Benedict. Presentation was lovely and service was friendly, efficient and polite. My tastes wish the sauce was a little fancier and the eggs a little funnier. But that just me. Decor is stunning and the little details matter. I was met at the door with a smile and a friendly happy welcome. I will definitely be back... just not on a Thursday morning! Thank you. I had a great breakfast. Everything was perfect!

Visited with cycling friends last week....made to feel unwelcome. Asked not to sit on the velour chairs incase we got them dirty (we were clean). Offered either leave or sit at a table squashed against the back wall so we were facing the wall and in the main route through the tables. We stayed, but will not be visiting again..plenty more welcoming cafes to be found nearby. Oh and...the coffee was poor.
