Our interview process is comprehensive and thorough, as we only want the best staff. We also understand that part of having great staff, is ensuring that our management team supports our staff, considers our staff and ensures that our staff are well-trained. We invest in our staff to ensure that they have the right mentality and skills to provide exactly the care a son or a daughter would want for their mother or father. Following the receipt of your referral, we will review the information. Once we are satisfied that we can provide safe and appropriate care, we will contact you to discuss your requirements in more depth and assess what bespoke services we can provide.
