Frog UK5 StarWe were unlucky enough to have 2 punctures in the space of 20 minutes. We were unable to get hold of a mobile tyre fitter with stock on a Sunday night. We had to be recovered to a local hotel and the recovery driver (Gary at Wakefield Autos,who was excellent by the way) recommended we contacted CTS. I called them and although they didn’t have 2 tyres in stock of the right size, they promised to get them by 10am the following morning and come to the hotel to fix our car. At 10.40am Mark turned up, replaced both tyres and rotated the wheels so that the 2 new tyres were both at the front. Thank you so much CTS, you turned out a nightmare scenario into a huge relief and especially to Mark for being so friendly and helpful.Monday 16th May 2022

Mike Beauchamp5 Starwent with a suspected fault (which I was very bad at describing) and instead of just rebalancing like I asked for they fully investigated and ruled that out as an issue. they then looked further and found the potential problem (unfortunately one that they couldn't fix). the guy was very helpful and didn't even charge me anything for his time. he could have just rebalanced like I asked for and took my money which would have been a waste. will 100% be returning.Friday 4th September 2020
