I would just like to start by saying Will is the most down to earth and friendly person you will have the pleasure of meeting, he has recently competed a survey on me and my wife’s house to be (well hopefully) and I can’t fault his services, he came back to me a day after completing the survey with a verbal report and just a few days after that we received the survey report, the report itself was fantastic as it had all the details we could have ever wanted, possibly saving time and money in the future. Wills prices are fair and his service excellent! I had a professional builder come over to look at the property and give us a quote on the work that needs to be done on the property, in his own words (“In all my years of being on the job I’ve never came across such a detailed and proper survey”) Very happy! We will definitely be using Wills services in the future.

Will at CRE8 was easy to consult with over the best survey to suit our needs and give us confidence in the services he offers. Verbal report on the day was much appreciated and meant we could make plans prior to the written report arriving. Clear, concise, easy to understand communication and report really thorough.
