Well what can I say. Corey smith is amazing! I have had many problems at my current rented property, and for the 1st time in nearly four years I feel that these issues are finally being rectified! And I feel heard! He has made me feel very at ease with how he is handling the situation and his communication has been up most brilliant! Corey Carrington-Smith from Countrywide has been managing my rental property, and he has provided amazing service so far. I had recently moved into the rental flat and had some immediate issues, Corey immediately reached out to the landlord and then arranged the the service for repairs. I received regular updates (even on weekends), and it was a seamless process. There was excellent and clear communication throughout and I am glad Countrywide is managing the property

Very pleased with my portfolio manager Kirsten Lewis. She promptly responds to any questions and problems. Recently had my shower broken down and it was replaced within a day. She kept me updated on the status of my queries and asked afterwards if it was indeed resolved to my satisfaction. It is great to have a direct contact who is well informed. I highly recommend Countrywide and Kirsten specifically so far (since 2 months).

Dawn Olorenshaw, Portfolio Manager, was excellent in addressing my issue since I’ve moved into the new property - and I’ve received excellent service from the team. My issue was addressed and dealt with in a timely manner. Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Dawn and Countrywide Property Management. Keep up the good work.

I’m a first time landlord. My experience has been made easier by the Countrywide team. As a landlord I feel I should be able to say if the tenants are entitled to their deposit or not, following the end of tenancy inspection. This process was made easier by Tom Jones. He took on board my views and concerns, he responded promptly, resulting in a fair and positive outcome.
