I don't often leave reviews, but I was very impressed by their customer service. I had a minor defect with my jacket, and after reporting it, I had a new jacket only a few days later. I will be buying from Countryside Ski & Climb again in future!

***SKI BOOT FITTING*** I would consider myself a reasonably experienced skier, having lived in Canada and been fortunate enough to ski all over the world. I travelled down to Stevenage from Yorkshire on recommendation to buy and have custom fitted a new pair of boot. Anthony was outstanding. His level of knowledge coupled with his level of attentiveness made the whole experience so easy. Cannot recommend highly enough 5* service
