Zoe Cooper1 StarMost staff I've had friendly experiences with, but I had a very unfriendly (not rude, just very unfriendly) experience with the manager John, I had a scratch card which had a slight bit of the bar code ripped off even though it was printed at the top upside down, I told him this repeatedly, yet he said I needed the ripped piece of paper too. I then had to walk 20 mins home and back with the ripped piece of paper, for him to go "oh yeah we can see it now" so I said "well you could see it anyway" I told you that multiple times. Very unfriendly service and I will be ignoring him whenever I have to use this store. Big thanks to Maria who was kind and made the rest of my trip to Co op bearable. John if you have a job with customer service, maybe have some of just that... customer service. I'm starting to think there's definitely some prejudice and racist behaviour with SOME of the staff in this store. And I will update this review with dates and times if any incidents do arise as that was entirely too uncomfortable for my liking for absolutely no reason. I'm literally stood outside co op now leaving this review.Friday 26th May 2023

Sunny Dazys1 StarVery poor experience. The ladies working there were very rude and she was RACIST which was not comfortable at all. The store stinks of outdated food. It is not very hygienic. The ladies working there provided a very poor customer experience.
