Costa coffee lounge within Asda North Hykeham is possibly the best coffee house in the Lincoln area. I found that all the staff are brilliant at their jobs, their customer service is second to none. Brett, Ben, Patch, Adi, and other, that I haven't got to know their names as yet. Are very friendly, they assist you, serve you and then bring the drinks over to your table. They always serve you with a smile and get to know the regular customers. 5star.

I only have awesome things to say for this Costa. The team are always friendly and go way above the mark. Had a spillage today they couldn't do enough to help and even replace the drink. Thank you so much!!!! You made my daughter feel so much better. Appreciated

Amazed by the friendliness, generosity and service at asda Costa coffee. My husband and I went in to claim my birthday treat and Adi couldn't have done anymore to make the visit a special time. The young man serving to the tables equally extremely pleasant. We always have good service there but this was over and beyond. Thank you

Brilliant, one of the best Costa shops I have been to. Staff go above and beyond to make sure your coffee and stay is all you would want. Situated within Asda store this means the coffee shop is spacious and always clean, which is a big reassurance with the rise in Covid.

excellent customer service and so friendly. me and son visited today he asked for cream on his hot chocolate so the young gentleman did this and then after sitting down decided he didn't like the cream so the gentleman asked if he would like a new one with no cream. He went off and made this for him. This really made my boy happy. thanks so much to this young gentleman he is a credit to you and the team.
