About the Outdoor Pool

Open seven days a week during our Spring and Summer months, our four-lane, 25-metre outdoor swimming pool is set in a large grass and patio area, heated to a constant 29ºc and staffed by qualified lifeguards.

Within the pool facility, we also have 6 changing room lockers, 2 toilets, 3 open showers and 12 small storage lockers.

Cornwall House Outdoor Pool is located at the rear of Cornwall House, number 80 on the Streatham campus map. There is limited parking near the pool but visitor parking is available on campus.

Private Hire & Pool Parties at the Outdoor Pool - from 6th May 2023!

Our Outdoor Pool is now available for private hire on a Saturday & Sunday afternoon!

Between 15:00 and 16:00 you can have exclusive use of the Outdoor Pool on our Streatham Campus for up to 30 people for just £95!

This includes private use of the facility, a lifeguarded pool for your group and the opportunity to challenge your guests to reach the end of our floating bridge without falling in to claim a prize!

You are welcome to invite your guests to make use of our grass areas and benches for an hour afterwards to enjoy your own picnic – a complete event in one location.

Fabulous little pool, you can dive there too. It has a grassed area and a paved area with seating - benches and tables . Very clean amenities, friendly staff and great atmosphere . It's not cold cold either I think it's 29°, perfect on a hot day . Couldn't take any pics because it states no phones/ cameras aloud but I wish I could have !

Lovely outdoor pool. Even though was 9 degrees outside the pool was nice and warm with our family staying in for an hour and a half. Lovely staff, will definitely use again now we've found it.

Great outdoor pool, family sessions are a bargain price for £2 per person. The kids loved splashing about for an hour and although it was cold getting out, we quickly had a shower to warm up then got changed and straight home so wasn’t too bad! Will definitely be booking again, especially over the summer. Reduced numbers made a huge difference too, plenty of room in the pool.

Amazing staff who have gone way above their duties to be so helpful. Very peaceful and the pool is even warmed to 29 degrees. Great showers and even a grassed area to soak up the sun. At £22.00 for a months membership you can’t go wrong. Totally recommend but be warned Health and Safety is paramount so once they reach their quota it’s one in one out.

Lovely pool. Good changing and showers. Lane available during 'general swim' sessions. I really don't recognise the description of the staff in previous reviews -- they're all friendly and good at their jobs.
