Outstanding quality and service. Had patio doors and conservatory roof replaced. The quality of workmanship is second to none. Everyone I have had dealings with at the company have been very friendly and helpful . Would highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Initially me and my partner received good service so I’ll try and mention that first before moving onto the negatives. We arranged for a quotation in mid March where a friendly gentleman came round and did this for us on our front door, new brick work & a new window. We felt really happy after he left and was excited to hear back as the quotation was better than other companies. One week later we went ahead with the quotation. Many weeks passed after that and we wanted an update on the door but appreciate that the lead times were longer but we also required an update on the brick work as they were trying to find a suitable brick match for us or potentially use cladding so my partner phoned the office and they said that they would call him back - which they never did. My partner then emailed a few days later and had no reply. We left it for another 2 weeks and phoned again (at this point it was roughly 8 weeks since our payment of a £700 deposit and we was advised that the wait lead time would be roughly 8 weeks so we wanted to know what was going on and more importantly if we was able to find a brick match!). My partner phoned once again and explained we felt ghosted at no point was we rude we just said we were highly frustrated. This time we actually got a phone call on the same day which was the gentleman who gave us the quote in the first place. He explained that they could not find a suitable brick match but could do the cladding options which he would send through after the phone call. 3 days passed and we still didn’t receive the cladding options so phoned once again and his tone changed slightly to a more passive aggressive manner and said ‘I didn’t say straight away!’ (When he did). Due to this rude response my partner said that we would like to cancel the order in which he agreed and said he would process the refund for us. More days passed and we hadn’t received anything so we chased it up via email in which we received a sarcastic response.All of the above was a not very nice experience but if we just had an apology we wouldn’t even be writing this review now but after a telephone call with the most vile woman who we assume is the admin member it has shocked us as we have never been spoken to in that way from a ‘business’ as a customer!!!!!! Our last phone call was to get the refund as we wasn’t told that they needed our card details and also got the blame for not giving it to them when we wasn’t prompted. This woman said ‘we don’t usually process refunds’ where my partner responded and explained ‘that we wasn’t told that the service would be poor when we paid your company’ and her response was ‘HAHAHAHAHAH LOVE THE SARCASM’ ?!?!?!? (Absolutely shocking way to speak to a customer and not professional at all, imagine if we all spoke to customers like this!!!!) She took our card details but her tone throughout was very belittling and sarcastic, when my partner asked a simple question about the slow responses or none at all to the emails she simply said ‘well we don’t man the emails at 10pm at night’ she also seems to think that because the lead time of the door is 8 weeks we shouldn’t get a response in that time frame, however as my partner kept trying to explain but was being rudely interrupted we were trying to explore cladding options so we wanted the time to make a decision on what the front of our property would look like!!. She was on loud speaker so I was trying to ask her simple questions and she was telling me to be quiet and referring to me as ‘she’ to my partner and also telling my partner to let her finish. My partner told her we would be leaving a bad review and she said she did not care. There are ways to handle frustrated customers and one of the most simple customer service skills is being sympathetic the worst thing you could do is be argumentative and this is exactly how she was. We was happy to use this company, but with a bit more correspondence from start to finish would have been nice and this shocking woman lets it down.

After dealing with this company, the gentleman are friendly and were helpful. However the lack of correspondence and ghosting was one of the reasons we cancelled our order (in which we were refund for). However, the biggest let down of this company is the ‘secretary’. I started to have a decent conversation with her, and she was sarcastic, rude, belittling and generally someone who should never be allowed to work in a customer facing role. I was utterly speechless and I’m glad I’m taking my money elsewhere. I wouldn’t have left this review due to the refund, however with the way this women spoke to me, I had no choice. I don’t want anyone being spoken to in the same way I was. It’s ashame because after reading other reviews, it appears I’m not the first person to experience this.
