They didn't show up twice for the appointment to fix flooring. We have been asked to move furniture out of living room for when they come and then nobody shows up.

My family have been customers since they first started on poplar road in Redditch many many years ago and would not even consider going anywhere else. I have no hesitation in saying they are the best and will always look after you. 100% go to them for all your flooring requirements, you will not regret it. Just read your reply,Stephen, remember your grandfather very well and your dad as a younger man😁. It is wonderful to see how well the business has grown from poplar road,and that is because the customer is always made to feel special. When mum and dad come to Redditch they always went to Arthur and Steve. Also remember your dad bringing you to the house and showing you the trade,that is why I would never go anywhere else and would recommend you to anyone without hesitation,keep up the great work.
