Really I'm giving Ben Cottriall 5 stars here but if he's a reflection of the type of people Consilium hire then 5 stars to them too. I was really impressed with how willing to help Ben was, he promptly responded to every email and phone call I sent his way and spoke to me in a very friendly and human manner. Ben has personally helped me improved my career and for that I am eternally grateful. Hopefully this review will send some praise his way for the great work he's doing.

Communicative, responsive Over the past few years have received several calls suggesting that caller has come across my CV on a job search site and that it could be of interest to a business locally. Sadly none of those even returned the call to advise what was happening. Roll forwards to a call from Matt Griffiths from Consilium and my apathy to his call was apparent to which I advised my lack of enthusiasm due to previous similar phone calls. Agreed to have my CV forwarded to job role as discussed. A very speedy response from Matt saying company would like to have a meeting with myself. All arranged with great communication all through process with the result of being offered a role with company which has been accepted. Have to say that my faith in Recruitment professionals.
