He always returned calls, kept us updated and tried his best to make things as smooth as possible. We always experienced good and efficient service from Charlie and he would listen carefully to any concerns and deal with these quickly. He went above and beyond and always with a smile and never sounded frustrated, as I am sure he was at times. Holly Jones2 StarI won't go into details as the past year has just been ridiculous and stressful. Although prompt to start with property valuation and listing, it still took a year to complete the sale on my partners property. We were told something entirely different by everyone we spoke to at Connells when asking for updates. On top of this, they recommended solicitors for both clients which were useless - top tip: Go for a local solicitor not the ones they recommend up in the North of England!! Jazmine was the only person in the team that actually seemed to know what was going on, was understanding and did what she said she would do.Sunday 29th January 2023
George Gibson1 StarWe offered on a house this week, we found out that the seller had accepted someone else’s offer through the website when trying to show the property to a friend. Had not heard anything from Connells, called up and was informed our offer had not been accepted. Awful communication.Saturday 15th April 2023
Felicity Egan1 StarAbsolutely terrible!! Avoid at all costs. Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Stood outside a property waiting to view it for over an hour and they never turned up. When I called the office they simply told me they couldn't get hold of the guy who was meant to be showing me around. They had no sense of urgency and weren't even apologetic that I had been stood out in the cold for over an hour waiting. The issues just started there.Wednesday 1st March 2023
