I had decided to go with them and the service I had received from Fabiha was very professional and exceptional to help me find a tenant that is right for my property. She was truly a God sent , with the most amazing professional behaviour, kindness and considerate.

However, there was a misunderstanding in their account system which caused me and Connells both a lot of headache. I was almost certain not to carry on with them in future. However, I found Fabiha Hoque, which was the most helpful and tried her best to sort out the issue.
