Anand Patel5 StarWe worked with Jafer and his team from Connect Eco Builders (SSJB Contractors Ltd) for a large demolition and complete new rebuild of a 3-storey detached house. From beginning to end, over a year in duration, it has been a real pleasure to work with him, his company and his team. The quality of work, as has been mentioned independently by surveyors and building regulations, has been excellent.
Given the size of the project and that we have encountered negligible surprises is testament to the attention to detail and forwardness that the company offers as part of their detailed quote.
When challenges are faced that require changes to the original plan, the team are proactive in discussing these at an early stage and making suitable recommendations.
As the project involved a complete rebuild, it included demolition, foundations, first fix/second fix, interior decoration, etc and there is not enough detail that I could provide on these to explain the quality at each stage to do it justice.
I understand that this project was the first of this scale for the company and given the broad knowledge and skills that are possessed, we did not encounter any issues.
