Melanie Kilborn5 StarConcept Care have been looking after my granddaughter for a couple of years now and I have never seen her so happy. With her previous care company we had nothing but aggravation, no shows and failure to give medication. Concept care in my opinion are the best... thank you to one carer in particular Zara, for making my granddaughter live again, you are a true treasure and a brilliant asset to the company you work for....above and beyond. Suzanne Holmes5 StarWe recently employed the services of concept care for support after my husband suffered a stroke and was then peg fed and required assistance with personal care. We had 4 carers a day and each and everyone were amazing. Gareth went above and beyond and was always on hand to visit when required and offer advice. We appreciate the compassionate service. There were occasional small blips such as lateness due to bad traffic but this was not really a problem for us.
