I couldn't have chosen better in picking Complete Removals to do my move. They were recommended by my son and daughter in law and they lived up to all expectations. From an initial meeting with Andy to my move yesterday everything was handled efficiently and sensitively. I was moving from my family home after the death of my husband and had been there 26 years so it was hard but they made it a lot easier. The girls in the office were unfailingly helpful and always returned calls. The dates had to keep being moved but that didn't seem to be a problem. When packing day arrived Reno, Ian and Josh arrived on time,were always polite and considerate and had 95% of the house packed up in 3 hours. They were absolutely amazing and really nice guys who made me feel comfortable. Reno and Matt came back the next day and moved me to my new flat with the minimum of fuss and disruption to my neighbours. I think it took about 2 hours and again absolutely amazing service. They made sure everything was right for me and went above and beyond what they needed to do. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Complete Removals. Good,honest,hard working and very good value for money.

A fantastic service from the minute I asked for a quote, to returning the cardboard boxes after the move! Andy was really personable and clearly loves what he does - he came to give us a quote and we instantly felt like we could trust him. He was open and honest and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Sarah in the office was really patient and made me feel at ease when our completion date kept changing and I had to keep phoning to swap things around! Chris and Reno came to pack up and move us, and they were both brilliant - friendly, professional and took great care. We just left them to it and it really took the stress out of the move. Everything was packed so well, nothing at all was even in the least bit damaged. I would definitely recommend them and will not be using any other removals companies if/when I move again!

We hired Complete Removals to help us move a fair distance from our house. We have previously managed this ourselves but thought it would be worth getting a quote. From the first contact with Sarah in the office, the professionalism shown by the company was evident. We were visited at home, everything explained to us and a good price provided. We were provided with boxes and told to call if we needed any help. On the day of the move the staff who moved us were great, they went above and beyond to help. They took our furniture apart and built it again in the new house, it just took the stress out of it for us and meant we could focus on other things. The guys were polite, respectful and just genuinely wanted to help. I couldn't recommend this company more to anyone who wants to move in the least stressful way possible.

Faultless. Incredibly professional, friendly, organised and meticulous. From the initial quote, to the office ladies, to the team on the day it was fantastic. They were tidy, respectful, and super quick and had the house packed up in a couple of hours and unloaded in the same time despite the delays caused by the property not being vacant. It was a very stressful move, being on my own and some dramas at the new property where the owners hadn’t moved out properly but I really felt looked after and that they had my best interests at heart. They made sure the house was cleared by the previous owners and were a huge support. I couldn’t have been more impressed and they made a stressful move much easier to handle. I’d have had a breakdown had they not been there to ease the stress. My thanks to the team. Couldn’t rate them more

Absolutely brilliant! What a team! From the initial professional & competitive quote and the minute they stepped foot in our house untill they left us at our new home we and our belongings were treated with respect ....a true team...we are seriously impressed by them all they kept us laughing ....faultless and hardworking it has been a very long time since we have experienced this type of team! Honestly if we could give you a million star rating we would....Worth every penny !!
