Manjit Thagie1 StarI ordered 3 items, of which 2 I returned. I returned the items back to the address on the packaging where it was originally posted from. I sent several messages to chase up if the parcel had been received. Eventually someone responded to advise me the parcel had been sent to wrong address, even though before posting I asked several timeses for the returns address but no response on the chat etc. Anyway eventually I received a email to state parcel received.Then another email to advise refund processed. So I waited and after 10 days replied to their email to advise refund hasn't been received. To this day, no response and no refund since 13th April.So I won't be buying from this company again.Tuesday 18th May 2021
