Nice new layout, some people might think it's smaller, which it is, but all the essentials are there and it's easier to get around. Could use more staff on the tills at busy periods but that's a common problem everywhere. Lovely staff who are always helpful though, even when they are overworked.

The store appeared clean, the staff were lovely. I nipped in for flowers and they had a small but lovely selection and we got a few other bits and bobs. I must admit I'm a fan of co-op these days and you can't beat their £5 meal deals!!!

Awful customer service. I've lived in the area nearly 3 years now and allowed leniancy on the awful service to cater for "just having a bad day" or "it's just the odd one", but no, it's definitely the majority and not the minority. There are only 2 members of staff there who do a great job, yet the rest aren't even mediocre. You're much better off popping across the road to Tesco

Always go back to coop Ludgershall because the staff are so friendly and helpful. Karen and her team are always on hand to help and have a chat and above all have a smile on their faces. I have known that a small percentage of people that shop at coop Ludgershall have a tendency to over react and then that is followed by a poor review but as far as I’m concerned and as long as Karen continues to work in that store I will definitely be going back.

Good little local Coop with plenty of choice of meals, snacks and bakery items. Great to grab some dinner on the way home from work, your lottery cards and other essentials/bits and pieces. Friendly staff and plentiful opening hours.
