If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Avoid them like the plague, they sit on enquiries for 11+ days even though we chased everyday. The week of completion, they sent the wrong form to Land registry and blamed them for the delay, finding out when I phoned them that actually yet again, clarity were at fault and to top it off, they lied to me which is against the solicitors code of conduct. The staff continuously changed with no warning so our case was passed around and no one knew what was going on. Always good to see they don’t learn when they sit on your deeds from Land Registry too and you STILL have to chase them months later. Avoid them if you don’t want months of headaches when selling your house! Oh, and they’re rude!

Clarity dealt with my house sale and purchase of new one. The process did seem slow at times however I do appreciate that staff levels were lower due to covid and also busy with everyone trying to beat the stamp duty fiasco. Whenever I spoke on the phone to anyone they were always nice to speak and answer any queries Katie was lovely when I eventually spoke to her toward the end of the process. I haven't given full stars simply because lack of communication, sometimes I felt I was chasing. As I stated before I understand the busy time but someone to send a few emails or call to let you know everything was still ticking along would have gone a long way. Overall I would use them again in the event of selling/buying although after this year I don't plan on moving for a very long time Well done also to David Lewis, who responded to my desperate emails and called with an overall update at the final stages

Avoid at all costs, I wouldn’t usually like to leave such a bad review for a business however the way clarity conduct theirs is shocking. If you’d like a solicitor who are not proactive, don’t respond to calls/emails and blame everything on them being busy due to back logs then this is the solicitor for you. We had an absolute nightmare dealing with clarity and the communication when selling our home, when reaching out to one of the directors we found them to be extremely rude and unprofessional. AVOID!

Avoid Clarity like the plague. Never call back when you leave messages. Constant staff turnover so you don't have any idea who is dealing with your move. Will also sit on enquiries rather than pro actively chase. Glad I don't have to call daily anymore to find out what is going on.

They don`t follow up anything, not answered the phone and always finding excuses not to do the job. Never ever chose this company. They even hang up when we were trying to explain things and shouted at us on the phone. They are simply not capable of conveyancing. We have chased every step for them and they did not even bothered to check their inbox about our case. Our buying process has been on for 5 months now, we provided everything and now they are waiting for something which they cannot explain what it is. Such a mess and incompetency. They should not have the licence to practice.
