The contrast between 'care' and disinterest shown at QA and the love and compassion of Clarence Unit could not be stronger. Such a skilled, attentive and professional team of people..always willing to listen, support and work with you in your loved one's care. Always treated Mum gently; helped her with everything she needed and respected her when she said no. So kind. So memorable. Forever grateful Mum was able to spend her final weeks in such a wonderful place. Rooms are spotless, possessions respected, food is fabulous and guests always welcomed. Brilliant.

This team is absolutely incredible so caring and passionate about what they do. They made my Nans last few hours very comfortable and treated her with the utmost dignity and respect. Thank you so much all at Woodcot Lodge for supporting not only our loved one but us as a family.

Absolutely Brilliant. Stayed here for just over a month after being discharged from QA hospital. It says it's a nursing home, I would totally disagree. I'm 55 and had a motorbike crash, I wasn't able to go home so after refusing residential care homes I was sent here, it's absolutely lovely. The staff can't do enough for you. All off them. The room was like a Premier Inn with better service. Although if you're expecting to get physio ,,,,, forget it
