FORCE MAJEURE PRICE INCREASES - 21st June 2022

The year to date has seen unprecedented and continued price increases within the manufacturing sector which remains in a period of 'force majeure'.

Details of recent and pending price increases are as detailed below:

Aliaxis - GPS 29.2%, GPS PE Fittings 19.7%, Hunter / Marley drainage 19.7%  - 1st April 2022

Brett Landscaping - 1st May 2022 - 5%

Cement - Cemex - May 1st 2022 - Between 16% and 18% (Paper / Plastic bag)

Charcon - Charcon & Bradstone + 8%, Masterblock dense + 8%, Masterblock lightweight +10% - 1st April 2022

Cherry - Twin Wall Pipes and Fittings  - 10% - 7th March 2022

Cherry - Ducting - 15% - 1/5/2021

Cherry - All products T/Wall & Duct -  21/5/21 - 12%

CPM - Concrete drainage - 4.25% 1st May 2022

Don & Low - Geotextiles and Geogrids - 10% - 2/9/21

EJ - Iron products by between 18 and 22%, Nexus chambers 32% - 1st May 2022

Floplast - Plastic Drainage - Fittings 7%, Pipe 13% - 22nd April 2022

Formpave - +13% - 1st April 2022

Ibstock - 8% surcharge on all orders - 1st April - 30th June 2022

Jablite - 19% - 1/5/2021

Jablite - Clay heave protection - 12% - 1/6/2021

JFC Twin Wall - 8 - 12% - 1st March 2022

JKH Headwalls - 7.5% - 4th April 2022

K - Form - Screed Rail - 1st June 2022 - 12%

Mannock Cement - 1st November - £20.00 tonne

Mannock PIR 1st July 2022 - 10%

Stowell Concrete - 1st April 2022 - Flag, Kerb, T Beams, Copings, Block Paving 7.5% Blocks and Bricks 5% - July 7.5%

Supreme Concrete - 12% - 1st May 2022

Plasson - Mechanical water pipe fittings - 12% - 1/7/2021

Polypipe  - 12.8% - 1/7/2021

Radius Systems - MDPE Pipe 27.8%, Puriton barrier Pipe 15.8%, EF Fittings 9% - 1st May 2022
