Was recommended City Motors by colleagues and now I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else! The team two days before Christmas replaced my brakes as a drop of a hat, they were so friendly and professional. That I took it back in February for an MOT & had work done to the car, this week for a full service and due back in next week for a new sensor! All works completed at really competitive prices and now I tell all driving friends to go there! Thank you all so much at City Motors.

I had a problem with the front bumper of my convertible - my driveway is a bit slanting, so every time I tried to park my car, it was slightly touching the ground and eventually broke. Luckily, the lady, who was super friendly over the phone, kindly invited me for an appointment on the same day. 0,5h later my problem was solved. I got 99 problems, but my bumper ain’t one! Hehe. Took my car in expecting the worst, had some of it confirmed and left car with them to work any miracle they could. An admin error meant I got my car fixed up earlier than scheduled and the bill came in £70 under the estimate. It's very hard to find an honest, reliable place to get your car sorted without some sort of advantage being taken of any naivete/ignorance on the customers part and I think I've found a place that I can trust. A big thank you for getting my car back on the road! Recommended, 5-stars.

I've used City Motors a couple of times now after moving across Worcester and looking for a local garage I could trust - honesty is very important to me in an area of business where it's easy to get ripped off. I've found them trustworthy and very reasonable and would highly recommend them.

Nice person I spoke to but then failed to get back to me when they said they would or for the next 4 days. I was going to be a new customer to this garage but does not seem like they wanted my money.
