From the outset the approach from the team (Ben, Jason, and Jess) was totally customer focused, friendly and uncomplicated. We received a fair price for our trade in vehicle, and were delighted with the whole process, which was totally painless. Our purchase was handed over in immaculate condition. Jason was ever so accommodating to us, especially with us only available outside of regular opening hours. Nothing was ever too much for him and he was striving to answer any questions we had in detail to make sure we fully understood his response.
