We’d like to say our origins can be traced back to Genghis Khan, but that’s only partly true. For those of you old enough to remember, we started out with a create-your-own-stir-fry concept called Mongolian Barbeque.
A few years ago, we looked for something simpler that allowed us to pursue our love of healthy tasty Asian food that used fresh ingredients. The result was Chozen.
The aim is to provide customers with a range of dishes that reflect the diversity of Asia. So we took some of our favourites from Thailand and matched them with recipes from Japan, Malaysia and China.

Trevor Hudson4 StarFor fast food in a services this is really great. Still tastes fairly fresh even though it can't be 100% made to order. More importantly Leah was amazing, chatty to all the customers (to the point of temporary surprise for the customer in front of me), helpful in her recommendations and a friendly face in a location that mostly creates monosyllabic zombies. Reginaldo Pereira1 Starvisit today 12/06 restaurant Cho Zen Noodle M16 service station. The Teriyaki Rice was full of sugar it was so sweet I couldn't eat it, I asked to change it but the other rice with Curry was the same. I don't plan on going back to this restaurant.Monday 12th June 2023

Shangjun Tang1 StarIf you like yellow noodles slathered with a load of cloyingly sweet and spicy sauce, then go ahead.
I found the 'sticky chicken' noodles I ordered to be almost inedible. The sauce was heavy, gooey, had a sharp hit of spicy heat, and was far too sweet. The large quantity of sauce made it all the more unbearable as it just soaked thru all the noodles.Saturday 23rd October 2021
Abhijith Singh1 StarPicked up a chicken gyoza from the fridge. Then stood in line for 5 mins while I was ignored. They did not seem interested in taking my payment. The first cashier served 2 people before me and then just started cleaning up ignoring me. The next cashier served the people after me but ignored me again. If was only when there was no one else left that they realised that I was still standing to pay for my purchase. Don't look like they care about service. Never going back there again or at any of their other centres. Will be surprised if they stay in business for long.Monday 7th August 2023
