Average, not awful but not worth returning. Just like the majority of other takeaways in Accrington. Fried chicken is edible but soft and a bit too greasy. Drinks were Luke warm. Nothing like Fried chicken in greater Manchester which is crispy and well seasoned, fried chicken places in Accrington should take notes.

Our usual go to place as the food is always good, is rapidly falling off a cliff with service quality. Last two orders came wrong and now being told 50p for a small squirt of sauce in a tub that used to be included. If I'm spending £20+ on average each visit would it kill to provide some gratuities? It's the little things that add up to a quality service and keep customers returning. Don't risk losing your loyal customer base.

I am quite a loyal costumer of these people. They are quite good with taste in food which is why we order. However, they mess up orders A LOt, And when you try to Make them understand and explain, they become very rude and ignorant. Such a disappointment since i love the taste. Bad customer service.

This is my regular place, my go to. Hygiene: No issues here, they wash their hands, wear gloves and maintain a tidy and clean workspace. Inside: Quite a small chicken shop as most are. There is only two medium sized tables, not much to be done about that though unless replaced with maybe a few smaller tables and could put your giant window to use with some comfy stools and a counter. Food/drink: The food here is always nice, fresh and well made. They generally use quite good quality ingredients, good portion sizes. I’ve never had any issues with the food but have once seen someone receiving the wrong pizza on a busy day, oh dear! Price: You will not break the bank here, it’s very fairly priced for 2023, easily feed 4 for >£10. Wait times: This is the only issue I have with this establishment, the wait times fluctuate; I know it gets busy, everyone knows and appreciates that, but even on non busy days I could be sometimes waiting for up to 30 mins! Staff: All lovely people, they get along with the customers and the delivery drivers. Overall a solid 8/10, my beautiful local chicken shop. Recommended ✅
