Amazing Sunday roast! The staff catered to our needs. Perfectly cooked meat and the red cabbage is to die for! My favourite place for a roast. They also offer a puppy roast, which our Billy loves! Definitely recommend!

Don't bother, booked 3 weeks ago for Sunday roast table of 10, got there, no table ready, 80% of the menu not available and a few Sunday roasts left ....no one actually cared !! The poor lad waiting on us was left to deal with everything whilst the chef etc wandered about out the front ,!! Place is up for sale and to be honest it's the best thing for it . Another eating house in Witney took us and was amazing Don't waste your time or money on this place

Disappointed, beef was too red, better to ask how customers would like their beef, Yorkshire puddings tasted too much of the flour

Fish was excellent with the beef Bourguignon, it is very quiet at lunch and we missed out on the coq au vin. We’ll have to pick it up next time we go in the evening.

Good ambience, service and food and drinks. Stopped in while in town and ended up having a few drinks and a bite to eat. Very relaxing, loved the real wood fire, took the edge off a chilly evening
